Home affairs refuses to register my son!!!! Born in South Africa

I have been struggling to register my son for over 8months each time I’m told a different story I’ve done my DNA RESULTS PROVING HES MY SON and now he still hasn’t been registered they change stories each time I’ve been to home affairs in Johannesburg and the one in roodepoort I’ve spoke to social workers and I help this is really unfair how does one deal with this ? I’m South African and I’m being treated unfairly I’ve see foreign nationals get they documents because they pay bribes but for us it’s a different story
