HOME AFFAIRS REFUSED TO ASSIST WITH I.D APPLICATION

<p>On Saturday 13/08/2016 I went to the Home Affais offices in Witbank to complete I.D application process which I had already started on line. When I got there, there was a group of people standing outside the offices, I was not aware why where they standing the, so I passed them and went to the security guard and I asked him where should I go to complete this processes, He sent me to another guy behind the counter, I asked that guy if he can assist me and he sent me to a Lady ny the name Salome to assist. The was already a queue there so I waited in line. When it was my turn I stood up and this Salome lady said she will not assist me, she's only assisting people who where standing outside. I asked her where should I now go because I wasnt told that I need to stand outside, she said that I wasnt suppose to ask the guards because they not working for the Home Affairs. She carried on telling me that she's in charge there and she will not help me until I go through her screening process. She was very disrespectfull, shouting at me and other people there. Its not the 1st time I see her treating people like that. I went go the office counteless number of times but I still have no I.D. How do you allow people who are so rude and who dont do their job properly to even be on the front desk. I was there for 2 hours asking her if she will assist me and her responce was NO! in this situation what must I do in order for me to get an identity document? </p>
