Home affairs Randfontein

<p>I went to home affairs In Randfontein 3 weeks ago and the systems were offline. I went again today and went through part of the process which took more than an hour before the system was offline again. Will have to go back tomorrow. 3 days of leave from work to apply for a passport. Really poor service. </p>
