We arrived at Home Affairs Randburg expecting to be pushed from pillar to post. Just the opposite happened. Friendly and helpful. App**** for two passport renewals and three smart ID's. We did the online application before heading off. Unfortunately we did not do this correctly as multiple applications need to be done as a once off. The ladies attending to us noticed this and made the necessary changes. The extended hours helped hugely so thank you for that. Some people did get irritated but that was due to them not having what they needed. Take cash. The card machine does not work for some banking institutions .
