Home Affairs - Randburg

HA - Randburg: Went to fetch a certifcate after waiting 25 months for it. On arrival, no social distancing, no sanistiser. Mid-morning only 1 person 'working', others not to be found for almost an hour. Staff were rude, ignored some people in the queue and generally seemed to be completely unwilling to provide the service.

My experience at the Roodepoort HA office has been completely different - friendly, supportive staff. Randburg is a problem!
