My experience ha been the worst of my life , I've been hear from 8:30am and my appointment was 9:00 , I understand we had load shedding from 8- 10 but from 10o'clock we haven't been assisted, at first I thought the booking system was perfect but it's also not good at all, whole day they're saying system is offline. We really need intervention here at home affairs Prospecton Branch.
