I app**** for my son's 1st ID and Passport on the 8th of August 2023. A four week wait turned into a 5 month wait because the Application was STUCK. My son was overllooked for two Soccer Tournaments and an OverSees Trip, because he had no positive identification. End of January this year, the application was eventually cancelled by the system. We re-app**** for his ID, i decided to do the Passport later to make things simpler. I was happy last Friday when I received an Sms that the ID is Ready for Collection. We Went there on Monday, they said they couldn't find the ID. I followed up today, and still the ID was nit found. I am really disappointed that no effort is made to get a solution.
