Home Affairs : Poor service : long birth certificate ;

My husband Dirk Johannes van Zyl died on 2017-09-16 of lung cancer. It was on 2017-01-12 that I visit the Home Affairs in Kuruman to apply for my late husband long birth sertificate because I need it for the Asbes claims. It is the only document that I need to finalize this. I am waiting now 8 months for this document . Everytime I phone the head office and visited the office of home affairs in Kuruman they told me that I must wait another 14 days because they looking for the documents.Can you please help me in this matter because I cant go on with my estate and the trust want to pay out the money so that I can finalize the estate.
