Home affairs poor service

Last week friday i accompanied my younger brother to do his ID card for the first time, however we were told they close at 3pm so we left today we went there i got there at around 2pm and i was told they are not going to assist us because to register for ID cards you must come before 12. So i asked for the manager or supervisor a gentlemen by the name Muzi Dlamini came out and said "join the que you will only be assisted if they finish with those already inside" i joined than he came to address us telling us we must go if we want because his not promising that we will be assisted than a nurse in the que asked if theres anything they can give to show as proof at work because she had asked for a half day the response of the Mr dlamini was " this is not a doctors room we dont give people letters" That was very unprofessional nor was it neccessary especially coming from a public servant So i asked in a case where a learner in matric needs to register for an ID and knowingly matriulants are at a crucial stage with trials and final exams coming up im that case what can be done seeming the initiative to do ID cards im schools did not occure he then started dragging in " how councillor should request together with the school governing body or speak to zandile your mayor for request on mobile ID card registrations" now i sincerely feel for one to lead they must be very mannered especially within a public service sector because it is there to serve the needs of the people we cannot afford to have arrogant leaders who have no strategic solution to community problems that person than must be in the wrong sector.
