HOME AFFAIRS PLEASE CLOSE THEM DOWN

Morning again I would like to log a complaint I want to apply for ID for my daughter and same thing, these idiots don't even know how to talk on the phone . I've been trying since March 2022 with no luck ,they have no manners to talk to you and I'm the client or has Covid changed to be rude on phone????? I've tried to do online with no luck
