**** experience still waiting on my id sent numerous emails trying to phone but no response I went on the 27th of September 2024 and still waiting app**** at Khayelitsha branch asked to send it to Wynberg but nothing was thr at all my daughter who app**** with me got hers but I'm still waiting thr service is **** and the fact that they don't respond to my emails is disgusting can't phone thr numbers cause it's not answering they are useless and not doing thr jobs I dnt know why they have a toll free number cause they don't help u thr either.pure **** service
