Home Affairs - Pathetic and useless. They are aiding and abetting crime in South Africa

I've tried calling home affairs multiple times but they keep cutting my calls. I've logged a dispute as I have been getting numerous OTPs and I haven't requested any change from home affairs. I recently got a text stating that my cell number has been updated and that I will no longer be receiving communication on my current cell number. This is definitely ***** and it's so infuriating that home affairs will not take my call, leave alone help keep personal identity safe. I am appalled at the fact that this is even happening. Shouldn't they have the best security breach measures. Shouldn't they atleast be accessible to immediately assist. ****** identity is serious to the citizens of South Africa but these buffoons take it so lightly. I demand immediate action
