Home affairs pathetic!

I have never dealt with the most *********** people ever as I have with home affairs. Their contact numbers are completely useless as they never answer and those that do never assist. My wife made a payment online for her passport to book at e home affairs. They said it doesn’t reflect on their side although it shows on their side as paid. They told her to send an email showing proof of payment. My wife sends the proof of payment just to be told to contact the same number on their site for assistance even though that same number was one that she contacted in the first place and was told to email them. Home affairs are not only *********** but also extremely rude.
