Home Affairs: pathetic!

How is it that every single Home Affairs is exactly the same? You basically spend all day there and walk out without being helped. The people who are supposed to be helping you sit together eating, laughing and talking while you wait endlessly. Then at 15:45 they call you to be "helped" only to tell you that they are about to close. They even promise to help you the next morning as long as you call them to which the phone never gets picked up!! The experience at the Vereenigeng branch is particularly awful... Tell me, do you people just enjoy making our lives difficult? First of all we have to take off from work because you don't open on weekends and then you proceed to waste our entire day! This Department has no respect for people honestly
