Where to start. 1. FNB Grove Mall to renew your passport is absolutely useless. Your typical South African I am doing work but just sitting there doing nothing on a friday.

2. Phoning home affairs is utterly trash as expect of our black government.

3. There's a new rule but not a rule when renewing your passport. Apparently if your passport is within 6 months of expiring OR already expired you pay the amount of R600 BUT if you have leftover months, 7 months and more. You HAVE to pay double the price (R1200 PER PERSON!) for issue-ing a brand new passport & applying it online where the registration form online is glitchy.
