Home Affairs Passport Application Process

I app**** for a passport online and completed the process but had to visit the branch in East London. Upon my arrival the supervisor was called because the branch was experiencing intermittent issues with their system. Nosipho or Nosiphiwo advised that I return later hopefully the system will recover, which I did. Immediately as I checked in everyone was aware of my presence, I was taken to the photo booth and my application was captured. The service was outstanding from the security at the door and every other person I interacted with, I felt like royalty and I just had to personally show gratitude to this lady. I have received my passport yesterday and the experience for collection was not bad either but they can improve the waiting time
