Home Affairs Paarl extremely bad service

After standing in the queue for hours with my daughter for her first ID,we were told that only bookings were accepted and only 20 walk-ins.Doors were rudely closed at 2:45pm stating that they've been "working" since 6am.Home Affairs is supposed to close their doors at 3:30pm but these people decided they're not leaving "work" late.*********** and lazy doesn't even do the words justice
