Home Affairs online application & Standard bank option worked very well!

I used the home affairs online passport application for my daughter. The site needed good data speeds & Google Chrome if you on a Mac, but then it was actually relatively easy to follow the 5 steps to complete application, upload docs, pay through Standard Bank & book an appointment at Mitchells Plain Standard Bank for biometrics. At the bank the wait was about an hour, but there were chairs available and the staff were friendly and professional. Collecting the passport a week later took 15 minutes. Highly recommend this process!
