Home Affairs online and offline incompetency

Just when I thought the Home Affairs offices in Germiston have the worst service and with employees that are very *********** and lack the proper ethics of conducting their jobs well, here comes their online system. That online application system is the worst I have ever seen. The login in part keeps kicking me out and your OTP comes in way later after I have forgotten that I wasted some minutes I can never get back in life trying to figure out your online application. Your online application had me doubting my computer literacy until I realized that it's your website that is crazy.

By the way, your interface looks ugly too.
