Home Affairs offline on regular basis

Subsequent to spending 4 hours at HA on 9th March (separate review posted), I received SMS update on progress and subsequently notification on Passport being ready for collection yesterday. I went to HA yesterday to collect and stood in the queue once again and after 30 min we were notified that they are offline and cannot say when they will be back online. They also mentioned that previous time they went offline and it came back on they managed to help two people and then it went offline again. This is unacceptable people have work and other commitments and cannot afford to stand in queues multiple times just because HA is offline on a regular basis.

At least they did tell us they are offline
