Home affairs officials refused to give us service

Hello Peter I'd like to complain about the horrible service I and my partner Nomakhosazana Ngxanga got from the DOHA office in Harrison street JHB.We initially came to the offices on the 27/01/2016 and were told to come with her Dad for the Surname change process she was requesting.She is trying to change from her Mother's to her Dad's and both are legally married.Since the mother is late she brought copies of the death certificate , marriage certificate and the Dad was present as requested by the officials.She is 32years old but the officials insisted on her bringing 3 affidavits ,while the other official told thenm the documents were not needed since the parents were legally married and she wasvnot a minor.Kindly assist , their national office was not helpfull (Mkhulisi ***) and the minister's office was not answering *** & ***).Her details are ID *** they won't have a ref number since they completely refused to assist us and told her she hascan attitude when she incisted on getting service, and openly told her that her documents are fine , theyvare just teaching her a lesson.
