Home affairs not delivering ZEP as promised.

Home affairs have made my life so terrible with the delay of releasing ZEP permits.

I have lost it all and i have tried all that i could to understand the delay for this permit including emailing the head of emigration @ homeaffairs with no help at all. At work they said come back when you have the permit.

My bank froze my account because i have no permit despite the proof of submission of renewal that i held. Hence i have all the funds locked away in the bank.

That led to my loosing my lease since i could not pay rent on time.

Not to talk of my kids who are also caught in the cross fire of being out of school becaus of fees, hunger since we cant buy any food as we do not have access to the funds and homelessness.

So at this point i have no job, no home, and no money since the bank can not release my funds.

Why should releasing the permits be so difficult? What could be the reason to delay for so long? Application made in Dec 2017 and now it is May 2018 still nothing? Why Lord?

Remember the permits comes with an expiration , that means if i get it now i am already 5 months short of the 4yrs that it is supposed to last.

Mr Gigaba please assist us on these ZEP permits. Truly we are undergoing un necessary human sufferage yet we did our part to be legal in this country.
