Home Affairs Nightmare

I have been to home affairs branch in durban umgeni road for the second day today and I must say that the place here is a real disgrace. For a government department home affairs minister should kill themselves coz this place is a real dump and we ppl are treated like animals yet they so quick to take our money. I have spent over 4 hours in the line after getting in to just register for a passport. It's a real disgrace really. The ppl that work here are so damn unhappy n rude it's unbelievable coz that act as if they are here to do us a favor. It's rakes another 4 hours to sit inside n wait for ur number too be called. They said that the place has upgrade n stuff n it's better . Well if I ask me its worst than what it use too be. . It's a disgrace too have a place like this called a government department. Some1 should do something quick to save our country.
