Home Affairs Nightmare

Good day ,

I have been trying to get ahold of home affairs but their lines seem to be always busy and one can never get ahold of them even in email it take roughly two days for them to repond sometimes never . My first issue is I am out of the country and trying to reset my Home affairs acount, secondly My husband needs feedback about his payment for Evisa but the system is so terrible A person cannot get through on mail or calls one even said their closed even though they are open. How do one solve anything when these departments lack service.
