I have heard terrible experiences about home affairs and I dreaded changing to the new I.D card. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how efficient the home affairs in Nelspruit was. It took me less than 2 hours even though there were a lot of people. They should keep up the hard word and continue utilizing technology for maximise their efficiency.
