Home Affairs Ndwedwe, Tongaat and Durban Station Pathetic Service

1st incident Was at Home Affairs at Ndwedwe whereby Mom is trying to do the id for my Sister she was then sent to go to Home Affairs in Tongaat when she get there she was Advised she must go to Durban Home Affairs they cannot help because My Sister Appears to have an Id already , and they didn't advise what she must bring when she goes there mind you my Mom is now Old from Rural Area this places are very Far when she get there she had to redo a Birth Certificate which took some hours due to different Ques. Then went back to the queue for id process they did until the final stage where she was suppose to do her finger prints and take inside pictures a lady rudely advise she already has different id documents under her Name and they cannot help going forward is there a way to get home affairs to investigate this and resolve this my Mom is now old and not clued up when it comes to this Departments worse to e sent around without being assistant for an old person who isn't working to have money to go around for something which could be done internally Because even on that day she just cried and left no way forward and to share some personal details the Child she is doing an id for is not physically capable of most of the things because she was born very slow mentally is not someone she can sent alone so having to deal with that and finding *********** and rudely people who do not want to assist i find it very disappointing
