Home Affairs Must fall

Last year the 15th of May 2019 i went to Boksburg Home Affairs to have my son's surname changed as we just got married with his dad. yesterday the 28th i went to check what was going on with my application and was told nothing was done with my application. its been sitting there no one attended to it. 8 months later and they gave me a very casual reason and things are still not done. I want my sons surname changed,i paid for the change and had all needed documents. such an inconvenience.
