I went into the home affairs in menyln and the help desk lady was not approachable , when I asked her if the other people can be helped before my sister and I because we are still waiting for our parents (I can not sign because I am not a legal guardian which is understandable). She then told me that if I am not a customer I need to leave but we were still waiting in line. When I told her I will wait where I can supervise my sister she asked me am I being disrespectful? To which I respond no ma’am I need to watch my sister she then told me to stop raising my voice( I wasn’t I was very calm) she said she can’t help me she is going home in 30 minutes! She then proceeded to scream at me and tell me I am disrespectful and she had called security to force me out of the branch. My sister was traumatized at 3 adults shouting at me for asking questions!!!
