Home Affairs Maponya Mall the Worst and its Management even Worse than Worse itsself

So appauled by the service at Maponya Mall home afffairs was there from 7:30 am to collect my id card left without it now. They have been offline since morning no one got helped since then who came for Collections. What's even irritating and frustrating is the fact the manager there has no sense of leadership, just to apologize and let people know how long it would take to sort the problem was something he did not consider doing. He is not considerate of the fact that people came from places where we travel and also have obligatuons as well and has no respect what so ever
