Home Affairs Maponya Mall

I really do not under why should I make an appointment to collect my ID card. Home affairs Maponya Mall is constantly offline and when you try to do online booking, they have greyed out a lots of dates. I app**** for my ID 13 January 2025, I received an SMS on 17 February 2025 to collect it. I went there and they ask me to book. I did it in front of the security personnel and there were no slots available. I was told to try everyday. Today is 25 March 2025 and still no slot available. Ngenzenjani uma kunje? It is so frustrating.
