Home Affairs Kempton Park a worst nightmare

Good Day,

We app**** for our child’s birth certificate last year May at Kempton Park department of Home Affairs but to date we haven’t received the certificate, every time we make a follow up we are being told to wait for a call so we can go for interviews. Our son is 4 years old and not registered to any early development institution and this is very frustrating as he needs to be registered for grade R this year which is highly impossible without birth certificate. We have Corona outbrake now sadly my son is not registered to any Medical aid as he doesn’t have birth certificate, I don’t know what to do anymore please assist.
