Good day

I have app**** for a change of surname for my daughter's birth certificate in December 2021 in the Umngeni branch Durban, but until today I am told it's not ready and it's ridiculous and so irritating, no one bothers or care about us.

I'm tired of calling them and going to check only to be told the same thing that it's not ready but they don't have an answer as to why so long 😡😡😡, it is such a waste of time and airtime.
