Home Affairs is Useless

Home Affairs is the most useless organisation!!! I've app**** for my passport on the 2 December 2019 at the branch in Somerset, Western Cape, and I still do not have a passport right now (20 January 2020. After 21 working days, I escalated the matter, 2 weeks later, still nothing. I've called every leader that I found on their website from their Head office and literally nobody answers the phone. I've been calling the call centre everyday since the 2 January 2020, and nobody can help solve this matter. I have a job in China, and because of Home Affairs, I am on the verge of losing my job. I've paid my R400 for their services, but they have ****** me. And I don't know if I am the only one... Please help!!!
