Home Affairs Is So Useless

Hi Guys<br> <br> So i called home affairs this morning as i Urgently need a temp passport/certificate. I was told its not going to happen unless i have a Death certificate, so now ive paid R10000 into doing rowing on the orange river which borders SA. but still i need the Passport which they cannot issue. What drove me more nuts was the Lady was playing Candy Crush while i was talking to her. I could hear the game in the phone. <br> <br> If Tourism want me to stop spending money in Africa then fine ill spend it overseas to other government.
