Home Affairs incompetency

Home affairs roodepoort systems are constantly offline. People line up from 9am outside in the sun for hours then only get a ticket in the afternoon only to get served by 15:30. I nearly lost my job yesterday for not showing up at work because of the incompetence at home affairs Roodepoort ! If the premises capacity is too small then please get a bigger premises to accommodate people that have to wait for a consultant, also get more consultants to help us it’s tough being over 200 of us with two available consultants. Lastly the attitude that the employers show is putrid and awful. They make us feel as if we are lining up to beg for food or shelter. I’ve got a few pictures of the condition I experienced yesterday that I wish I could share. Please kindly assess this matter it’s getting annoying!
