Home affairs in Plein JHB CBD is the worst nightmare, bad attitude from security and employees, just to collect ID or Passport you have to wait a queue, I didn’t know that government departments knocks off at 15:30 not 16:00, we waited in the queue from 14:00 until 15:30 just to fetch a passport, we were about 10 waiting outside and they never bother to call us in at 15:30 they closed doors and we were told to come back tomorrow, other people are using their last money just to be assisted but only to be told that they will come back tomorrow, they are lazy with bad attitude, how do you stand a queue just for collection, it’s been 3 times being told that. The are lots of people who would die to work the but unfortunately the lazy ones got it.
