Home Affairs in Botshabelo(Free State)

I am waiting for more than a 18 Months to hear about a complaint i laid with the Depart of Home Affairs in Botshabelo(Free State). I have spoken to Managers all the way up. I keep getting promises, managers are being reshuffled, swapped and replaced like stock. One day you will not find people who will deal with you in a civilized manner like me. You will find lunatics who will tell you and show you that when you assume public service, you must be willing to serve and not walk on people and talk to people like you are addressing your slaves.
