Home affairs ID Duplicate issue

My name is Vusimuzi Lamola. this is my problem 2017October I went to home affairs to apply for passport because I had a job offer from overseas. Wich was very agent then I went to home affairs to apply for passport when I got to home affairs I was ordered to do the smart card as well, then I paid for both I'd smart card and passport even I was the for only passport but because it was late there wher about to close then they said I must come back the next day to complete the application then I did so when I got there i was told that I got a duplicate ID Wich was done from their side as home affairs in ***** perspective they removed my finger prints and sold my identity to onather person, please help with this issue it has cost me financially emotionally and socialy even today it is not sorted out please help me with this issue.
