Home affairs Heidelberg - offline since 21/2/2022

I went to Home Affairs Heidelberg to apply for my passport and ID. The process was efficient and amazing.

However, we have been unable to collect our passports because they have been offline since Monday. The staff have no idea when they will be online again. They do not answer their phones. The only way you can contact them is to go to the home affair's office. This takes time off work that we cannot spare.
