HOME AFFAIRS GERMISTON POOR SERVICE DELIVERY YOU CAN WAIT FOR 1YEAR 2MONTHS

It has been 1year 2months I have been waiting for Home affairs to amend my child's birth certificate and until this point of time it is not amended . I have been at Home affairs Germiston every week since the beginning of this year to follow up with the matter but every time I have been told the same story that they waiting for DHA to do the amendment . I was further referred to the Branch supervisor named FREDDY MNGUNI who asked me to re-send him a copy OF MY APPLICATION to send to MODISE MOKOENE who is the person in charge in DHA for the amendments .

I have sent a copy of my application on the 18January 2020 until now they have not responded to me. I keep sending out emails to follow up on my application but they never respond me.
