Home affairs full at 9am. For the day... Really

So on the 3rd of May 2018 at 9am my husband and I when to the department of Home Affairs for a new ID as his ID is misplaced or lost.

Yes I get there was a Q but this guys sitting at the receptionist had the nerve to tell me they are full for the day.

Really!!!! His been working for an hour and he can say nah they full come back tomorrow not knowing what we had to do to actually get there.

How about your Home affair management is more hands on, on the floor so that staff cannot bull**** the people the way he did...

How he got the job I really dont no.
