Home affairs frustration

The Port Elizabeth office is a shame. Sitting and waiting for more than 3 hours just to collect a passport. Only one person is operating. The worst now is that their system is offline. How did collecting a mere passport become so difficult? This is ridiculous. It is frustrating really.
