I would like to warn everybody not to use the home affairs branch situated in the FNB at The Grove Mall in Pretoria. Such rude ladies working there, not caring while they are busy with customer talking to each other, sounded more like screaming to each other, that how loud they were. The lady that assisted me, if I'm not mistaken her name was Bontle, was so rude I wasn't even busy with the application for 10min and I was out, that's a good thing, but the photo she took of me I'm not even looking at the camera as I was wondering when is she going to take the picture because she barely spoke to me, and if she did, she was curtly, as if she doesn't want to help her customers, she wants to get this over and done with. She is not professional at all. I asked her if I could have another one taken as this one is not correct and she said NO its already been captured like that and that my passport would like that now. The lady sitting next to her was so helpful, I wish she could've assisted me, that's the only one out of all of them that was friendly and helpful.
