Edenvale branch is the worst, after my id application nobody advises you to make a booking online for collection. You take off work standing there the whole day just for collection only to be told you need to book online. I booked online two weeks later and the day of the booking I arrive only to be told the system is offline. No further communication if we need to rebook, wait or when something will be done. We are doomed in south Africa
