HOME AFFAIRS EAST LONDON TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

<p>This is now the FOURTH time I have come to home affairs East London and their systems are AGAIN offline, I travel far with my child as we are applying for passports, why are their systems ALWAYS offline????? I am furious!!!!</p>
