Home affairs (Durban Central), a bunch *********** and lazy people

Went for a replacement I.d this morning at home affairs in Durban central. Having been there from the early hours of the morning, they opened doors at 08:00 a.m and to my surprise, at exactly 09:13 we were told to go home as no more people will be serviced today. Now think about it, they opened doors at 8a.m, maybe have a quick morning talk amongst themselves on the goal or target for the day, power up their equipment and finally let people in around 08:30... in that space of time i seriously doubt they had served atleast 100 people for them to turn people away, people who such as myself come from far away and paid expensive transport fares to get there. I'm deeply disappointed at the level of service that i have received and this is just one day, i bet this has become a norm for them. Intervention is needed and home affairs needs to fix this.
