Home affairs Durban always offline

Good day.. I recieved a sms on Monday stating my passport is ready for collection.

I went in on Tuesday,they are offline,I called various numbers and no answer.. asked someone who took time of work to go there to find out,they are offline again.. On Tuesday the staff at umgeni road couldn't be interested,they were all so happy.. The supervisors favorite words was 'I dont know" No other explanation,i went in and she and her 2 friends were having a cost conversation in the office,while we stood outside in the rain for hours

I am not going to be able to get time off work again to go fetch my passport and I need it URGENTLY.

They are more offline than online and the staff dont mind at all cause the can relax.. What a disgrace.. Can I please get a job there were I dont have to work for 3quarters of the year.

Those IT Technicians should be fired cause it obvious they dont know what they doing since this is an ongoing issue.

It's funny that only government institutions have these problems.. Cause either way they still get paid..

I asked if they can not issue my passport manually since all electronic work was done. She didn't seem like she wanted to get off that chair and too busy playing with her hair.. I honestly give up..
