Home Affairs dont submit and lose documents!

Home affairs in Umgeni Road, I have dropped of marriage application documents in June 2018 and they stated within 2 months my marriage will be finalized, I have called in to the department of home affairs 5 times waited 20 minutes to be attended for them to say Umgeni Road has not submitted my documents to the head office, I am very irate with this situation as it costed me money to get the application done, costed me to get transport to go to home affairs and submit, it is already September and no one has returned my calls and no one has sent me an SMS. I am utterly disgusted with their professionalism.
