Home affairs - don't exist??

I am trying to update my South African Passport and ID. Created an account online - OTP does not come through. Tried to update account with new Phone number in case that was the problem. Can't create a new account as it's linked to ID number.

Tried contacting to get help to update and make appointment online. Emailed both emails on their site - Neither exists - see error message below. Called both numbers on their website - neither number allows to get through to anyone. Terrible non-existent service.
