Home affairs do not care.

Good day I'm Mrs.M.Frasenberg I hope somebody can help me i don't know what to do anymore.In March 2017 my daughter went to Cape Town home affairs office for Amendment of Personal details to correct her id number on her matric certificate she wait 2 month but it was a wrong letter they give her.This time I go with her 21 June 2017 for the same letter to fix her matric certificate at wynberg home affairs office we are still waiting for the amendment of personal details letter it's almost a year. I keep on calling every month from 21 June 2017 to the call centre no help!l did send a email to *** L Moatshe Case Resolution Clerk she promise for urgent assistance because this case take to long but still no letter till today. This case is really stressfull for me and my daughter she can't go and study or find work she need the letter from home affairs to fix her matric certificate people think it's a **** certificate!Please help me.
